FAMILY WELLNESS FOR BUSY PEOPLE

 
For wellness, you don’t have to do a program for wellness. Just build wellness into daily routines:
  • A 20 minute workout three times as week - lowers blood pressure.
  • A thoughtful phone call or card - warms up a relationship.
  • Short study or internet - shores up your opinions with facts.
  • Daily 10 minute meditation - lowers anxiety.
  • Avoid sugar, sodas and salt - helps prevent heart problems.
  • Daily prayer - avoids bad choices.
  • Dinner with the family - keeps channels open.
  • Get outside every day - reduces tensions.
